What we collect
When you book, enquire or visit, we collect your name, contact details, vehicle details (including registration) and records of work carried out on your vehicle.
How we use it
To provide and confirm services, contact you about your vehicle, keep service history, send reminders you've opted into, and meet our legal obligations.
Sharing
We only share information with parties needed to deliver your service — for example parts suppliers, WOF and registration systems, or payment providers. We never sell your information.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you. Contact us at workshop@performance-auto.nz.
